Pogues in Brixton

Ah yes... the Pogues. Skipping the holiday run-up to see Shane MacGowan sing Fairytale of New York in a village near London. What a wonderful idea. Thanks to the London Tube for getting us there, my brother for making it as well, the Irish girls for supplying the Craic and beer, the Brixton hooligans for not stealing my hat, Shane's liver for lasting this long, and the entire Pogues line-up for getting together again. They may be a little old, but no music captures the guts, glory, and grime better.
