Leeds Castle and Environs

Called the most beautiful castle in England, that's probably a bit of hype. It is a charming little place though, complete with moat.

Originally built in 857 AD, elements of the current structure date back to the 12th century. Home to several Queens of England long ago, it was a private residence for most of the last couple hundred years.

A "best guess" of what the Globe Theatre looked like. The original was built in 1599, most of Shakespeare's plays were written to be performed on its stage.
